Please follow the very important instructions and give this information to your bus drivers in case they did not receive it from their bus depots.  We will also contact all bus depots directly for your convenience.

Drop Off:

1. Included are directions to the ballpark from all directions.
2. We will use Tallapoosa Street (see the map) as the drop off point for all the buses.  15 buses at a time will be staged on the street. When they are all parked and stopped the children and educators will be allowed to exit the bus and enter the stadium.  The Montgomery Police Department will be organizing and directing traffic.  Tallapoosa Street will only open to buses. No cars will be allowed to enter the street.
3. When all the buses and the street are cleared, the 15 staged buses will travel to the Cramton Bowl and park their buses there.  To get to Cramton Bowl they will turn Left onto Coosa Street and take the next left onto Bibb Street (Turns into Madison Ave) and travel approx. .08 of a mile and turn Right onto Hilliard Street and park in the huge parking lot on their left.
4. The Biscuits will offer shuttle service for the drivers if they would like to return to the stadium for the game.
5. General Admission tickets will be available for the bus drivers to enter the game.  These can be picked up with the shuttle driver or at the Will Call window of the Box Office.

Pick-Up:

1. Your bus driver will need to be on the corner of Coosa and Tallapoosa in front of the Biscuits Box Office one half hour before your planned departure time in order to meet the shuttle to take them back to Cramton Bowl.
2. Your bus driver will then drive your schools bus back to Tallapoosa Street where they dropped the kids off for the game. Only 15 buses will be allowed to enter the street at a time.
3. It is imperative that all schools are in front of the stadium on the sidewalk in front of Tallapoosa Street when their bus arrives.
4. After each bus is loaded they will depart to their different schools and the next set of 15 buses will enter the pick-up area on Tallapoosa Street.

Chaperones and Parent Parking: The Biscuits regular game day parking lots will be open for parking.  The Lots are located off Columbus Street.

***We know how hard it can be to keep track of time when you are having so much fun at GSSD but please make sure to be aware of your schools departure time.  We will be announcing departure times fifteen minutes prior and advise schools to have students prepared.
